Policies

The Eagle Hill Co-op strives to ensure that all policies and practices are in the best interest of our member-owners. Therefore, our business policies are designed to maintain the Co-op as an effective provider of consumer services in the marketplace.

Our policy is to provide quality goods and services at competitive prices. This does not mean that our price on every item will always match the lowest of our competitors.  It does mean, however, that all departments constantly check prices at other businesses to ensure that Co-op prices represent fair value to Co-op member-owners.

Responsibilities of a Member

  • Patronize the Co-op through full support of the goods and services provided.
    Participate in the annual meeting:
  • Elect directors to guide the association
  • Assist in amending the bylaws
  • Approve the overall objectives and policies of the Co-op
  • Assess the performance of the organization as a whole, and communicate your suggestions, comments, and needs to the Co-op through the suggestion boxes, the board of directors, or the general manager
  • Participate in activities of the Co-op
  • Explain and discuss the Co-op with other members and potential members
